Converting your ideas in to reality is sometimes harder than it looks. We can take your finished designs and make them into a reality by supplying the final product in small or large volumes.

REP can produce your CAM model ready for milling and turning whether it is 3, 4 or 5 axis. Once produced the model can be machined by us if required.

In support of our CAM engineers and in order to provide a complete product to manufacturing service, REP can design, develop and implement your postprocessors.

With individual engineers having 20 year experience in Aerospace Manufacturing; REP can provide expertise to create Post Processors for a wide range of Machine Tools using Post Builder with 3, 4, 5 Axes capability across, Milling, Turning and Mill-Turn Centre's with additional experience in customized Post Processors.
