Resource Engineering Projects (Formally Topmode Systems) is an engineering company which specialises in real time embedded safety critical software for aerospace, rail and automotive applications. We focus on the design, development, integration and test of software for high reliability applications such as aero-engine controls and rail signalling systems. Our reputation is built on delivering high quality engineering projects on time and to budget and we are currently expanding our Worcester office and are looking for both experienced and graduate engineers who can demonstrate the skills required to work in this demanding field.
We require graduates who have a 'problem solving' approach to engineering and who can use their knowledge from an engineering or science degree to solve real world engineering issues. You do not need to have experience in software development but you do need to have the right attitude and a logical approach to be successful in this highly challenging environment. We are looking for graduates from electronics, systems engineering, physics, mathematics or closely related areas who want a career working on leading edge applications.
